We currently ship only within the United States.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high-volume sales periods, promotions, or U.S. holidays, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship all orders using DHL Express.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.


Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 9 business days after shipment, or your tracking shows a problem, please contact us at:

We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Please take photos of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@pettoyshome.com.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax at checkout unless required by law.
If any import or local tax applies, it is the customer’s responsibility.
