Refund Policy

At Pettoyshome, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and simple return or exchange process.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be in unused or lightly used condition

  • The item must be clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, gifts, and return label must be included

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for items that are heavily used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email contact@pettoyshome.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your request

  3. We will confirm your request and provide next steps

You may also submit a return or exchange request through your order details page if available.


Return Shipping Process

  1. Use the return label included in your original package

  2. Pack the item in its original packaging, including any free gifts

  3. Ship the return to:

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 1–2 business days.


Return Processing Hours

Monday–Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

Requests submitted after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
We do not process returns on weekends or holidays.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your return

  • Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the refund

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placement if they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Canceled orders are refunded to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.


Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must meet the same return conditions

  • You must return the original item before the replacement is shipped

Exchange shipping fees

  • If the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or our error — Pettoyshome pays

  • If the exchange is for personal preference — customer pays
